Citizen Dialogue

Liasion with relevant stakeholder groups begins very early in the planning phase of projects. This includes consultations on grid development plans as well as grid enhancement and expansion
projects. Discussions with the affected parties is conducted according to clearly defined requirements, in set formats and by means of a standardised “tool kit”.

 

45 Dialogue-Events

 
  2019, over 800 citizen contacts (excluding telephone calls) and
45 events were held. Of these, 20 planning forums/district conferences,
11 information markets, 3 Dialog-Mobil tours with 5 to 8 stops each
and further information events in the communities.
